About You - Senior Buyer
We're looking for someone who has already built strong relationships within the M&E or Mechanical Building Services supply chain and can bring those connections into a growing business.

- Significant experience as a Senior Buyer, Procurement Manager or Purchasing Manager within Mechanical Building Services or M&E contracting.
- An established network of suppliers across mechanical, HVAC and plumbing materials.
- A proven track record of negotiating commercial supply agreements.
- Experience creating or improving procurement processes and purchasing procedures.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience supporting multiple fast-paced construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and procurement software.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and introduce improvements.
What's on Offer
- Rare opportunity to build and lead a procurement function from day one.
- Join a successful, fast-growing mechanical contractor with ambitious expansion plans.
- Genuine autonomy to influence business processes and supplier strategy.
- Work closely with Directors and senior management.
- Long-term career progression as the business continues to grow.
